Between Platform Users

When a customer posts a job or contacts a tradie, relevant contact information is shared to facilitate the connection. Tradie profiles are publicly visible to help customers find suitable tradespeople.

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform. These providers only access your data as necessary to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Supabase

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage. Your account credentials and data are securely stored using Supabase's infrastructure. See Supabase Privacy Policy.

Google OAuth

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to create or access your account. See Google Privacy Policy.

Google Places API

We use Google Places API to provide location autocomplete for suburb and service area selection. This helps ensure accurate location data. See Google Privacy Policy.
